Adding onto an otherwise perfect flag design is even worse. So we fixed that...

This clean, streamlined version of the Wyoming flag (commonly seen around the state and often seen as souvenirs) removes the seal, letting the bold American bison silhouette take center stage where it belongs. We then filled that shape with an 11 stripe rainbow of the LGBTQ+ community.

The standard layout features a deep blue field framed by a white inner border and a red outer border. The blue represents the wide-open skies and distant mountains of the Equality State. The white symbolizes purity and uprightness, and the red stands for the Native Americans who first inhabited the land as well as the blood of the pioneers. The central bison represents the native fauna and the strength of the state, which gained United States statehood in 1890.
